What is SchoolSite?
SchoolSite is a custom made website, designed specially for your school and comes with a built in content management system, meaning that any member of staff can update the website using their web browser. Teachers and pupils can easily keep the school website up-to-date and have fun making web pages which show off their class work and event photographs. An up-to-date website will ensure return visits and will open up a new avenue of communication between schools and parents, together with potential revenue streams and fund raising opportunities for the school.

To ensure that your website is up and running as quickly as possible, we create all the initial pages, sections and navigation for you using information from your prospectus and text/photos that you supply so that your school is off to a good start. We also take care of liaising with your broadband/internet ISP and setting up your school domain with the website.

Another bonus which saves time, is that the website links directly to the SchoolMail system, so News and Diary/Event pages on the website can be automatically updated each time a newsletter is sent out. All other pages can be created and updated by any appointed school personnel, PTA, admin, school governors and pupils for their class and curriculum pages. The system allows for each user, i.e. teacher, pupil etc. to have different levels of access, meaning that the school has control over who is allowed to update what on the website.
