DiarySync
DiarySync is a feature component built into SchoolMail which allows schools to publish the school diary and events dates, as sent out via SchoolMail newsletters, straight on to the website.

This is a great saving in time and means that the website is kept up to date simply by sending regular newsletters to parents.

Links to Outlook
DiarySync also has a 2-way link into MS Outlook, which means that important dates can be updated both ways. For example, a newsletter went out with new diary dates and these have also automatically been published to the website. Any member of staff can then update their personal Outlook calendar with new dates from the website.
